Mindfulness & Meditation – The practice isn’t just about jamming yourself into shapes. It’s about moving mindfully and without force, what you need or can achieve one day will change the next.

We live in a fast-paced world inundated with information and imagery, we are constantly striving to have and be more. It's exhausting! When was the last time you took a little time out for a little self-care? Disconnect? Or to recharge? Yoga provides us with the perfect outlet to find a space in the madness.

There are so many psychical benefits to a consistent yoga practice such as a stronger core, glutes and weight loss but you will quickly find there are many more benefits like better mobility, posture correction and spinal alignment that actually benefit you in your day to day life to feel and sleep better.

Together we are going to develop conscious awareness in our movement using the breath and focusing awareness on the present moment. This allows us to make space for a greater experience to move our bodies with kindness and grace.

When you are living your best life, you are able to rise out of the day to day dramas that keep you small. You are able to encompass a larger world view.

There are so many movements that need our energy and support, but we can start at home with small changes, eradicating single use plastics and products tested on animal are at the very top of list.
