Tuesdays 6.30pm

Decompress and bring focus back to your week. Reset the body with 30 minutes of slower, controlled, essential movement.


Wednesdays 10am

Mid week check-in! 1 hour of creative movement to center and ground. Dont worry we will get a sweat on!


Thursday 7.30pm

30 Minutes of fun and spicey movement to build strength to support the progression of your practice.


Fridays 10am

Get up and rise! Feel into your full potential and stand in your own power. Challenging movement to inspire and progress your practice.

Please Note

  • All classes are £6 each, if this is your first class with me, please fill out this healthcare questionnaire.
  • Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance. Bookings are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy when either cancelling or rescheduling. Classes must be cancelled via email or phone and I will confirm receipt.
  • If you do not turn up for a class please do not expect a refund or a free rescheduled class.
